2013 has proven to be quite an incredible year. It’s that time—for reflection that is, as December nears it’s closing. In this month we look back whilst looking forward.

Half of this year was spent perfecting a new addition to the line, therefore making it an enormous lesson in patience.  I had the privilege of working with a Superstar for a few months, immersed in the fast lane of glamour, beauty and haute couture—an absolute whirlwind.

This year saw creative leaps, which shall continue and be revealed in the coming months.

The year ends with the passing of the sweetest, most courageous, gracious man—Nelson Mandela.  How we shall miss him. How we loved him.

And so we continue, in gratitude, in seeking truth and speaking the truth though the impact is sometimes painful. We continue and strive to greet the day as our best selves. If I can create items that as part of your daily ritual are but the smallest element of presenting your best self to the world, then I am truly honoured.

Here’s to 2014, another incredible year.
